How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Our Founder had invested in a small restaurant business and found the struggles of staffing a huge problem, enter Brigad, the answer to staffing nightmares!
What was your journey like to get where you are?
Littered with incredible people, late nights and hard work.
When it’s all over, how do you want to be remembered?
As the guy who keeps crushing the cake counter on Wednesdays.
Where do you see your industry going?
People want more flexibility and Brigad’s way of work provides that.
What would you do in the event of a zombie apocalypse?
I’d go hang out on a trampoline. Zombies have a hard enough time walking as it is. Let’s see how they get on when I double bounce those bastards!
What made you choose your current location?
Central, well-connected and recognisable.
What is unique about your business?
Our office cactus called Hippolyte…
If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Just do it!

Airbnb – they deliver exceptional attention to detail whilst scaling.

Ichibuns (Japanese restaurant in Chinatown).

Queen – We Are The Champions (literally – we won the world cup being French, however Queen is British so a nice combo).
