The team plan to use the investment to double their team and develop their online platform through the launch of a marketplace for lab supplies.
Labstep is a collaborative research platform that allows scientists to record and reproduce experiments. Speaking to CEO and co-founder Jake Schofield recently, he said, “Technology is pervasive in the scientific industry and the amount of computational analysis and robotics to automate experimentation is only going to increase. We believe that our platform is perfectly placed to help scientists make this transition.”
