The versatile room is suitable for a range of events, from networking evenings to panel discussions and product launches. The space is able to fit 80 standing guests, and includes a projector and audio equipment. Ground Control is situated just minutes from London Bridge station, Borough Market and the Thames making it an impressive location for your event.

The Terrace is our first outdoor event space based within the heart of London, the lively area and informal setup of the space makes it the perfect venue for meet ups and networking sessions. The space can fit up to 50 people standing and is available all year round. With outdoor heating and fairy lights lacing the rooftop, the terrace can adapt from a cosy winter den to a relaxed alfresco venue throughout the warmer months.

The Engine Room is the heart of our community and our main event space situated at Runway East Moorgate. This versatile room can accommodate cabaret, theatre, or boardroom style seating for up to 120 guests, with a fixed stage that provides an excellent focal point. The unusual space has been used for everything from Hackathons and Seminars, to conferences and product launches.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is included in the price?
A member of staff, cleaning costs, AV equipment use (Projector, Screen, Speakers), Hand-held wireless Microphones (2), Wi-Fi for you and your attendees.
Do you provide catering?
Yes, we have breakfast, lunch, snack, and drink menus, all you have to do is place your order with our event manager ahead of your event and we will do the rest for you.
Will I be able to come and set up beforehand?
Yes, hosts are allowed to enter the event space 30 minutes before the start time of the event, and are allowed 15 minutes after to clear everything. If this is not enough time, a longer booking slot will need to be arranged.
What time can I book an event?
Times vary site to site…
Moorgate: 09:00 – 23:00, Monday – Sunday.
London Bridge: 18:00 – 23:00, Monday – Friday and 09:00 – 23:00, Saturday – Sunday.
Soho: 18:00 – 23:00, Monday – Friday and 09:00 – 23:00, Saturday – Sunday.
How will my guests have access on the day?
You will need to provide a full guestlist 24 hours in advance so that the list can given to security. We will provide you with one key that you are welcome to use throughout the day to come in and out of the building.
Can we have access to the printer?
Printing is an extra cost, 5p per page and will be invoiced after.
How do I confirm my booking?
Once a date has been arranged with our event manager, they will raise an invoice to you which needs to be paid fourteen days prior to your event and ask you to tick our terms and conditions in order to confirm your booking.
