Attracting and inspiring London’s best entrepreneurial talent more than simply marketing and selling, our hero will be our voice out across channels and in our soon-to-be multiple locations. We need a mind for strategy and planning with meticulous follow-through and execution.
The challenges of growing a young business will mix with the joys of the ideas put into action and helping dozens of member companies’ voices be heard. Runway East currently supports 200 entrepreneurs in one location, but as we grow in locations and size, so will the role.

Attract London’s best entrepreneurial seed-backed and A Round companies *Refine with our founders our market and branding position *Develop a multi-channel strategy targeting the right people, not just volume *Execute the plan: Events to content, digital to print, PR to social, education to making the story real
Create impactful imagery and messaging *Encourage member referrals to increase quality member leads
Inspire these dynamic companies to make the most of their ambitions *Defining with the founders and executing best-in-London events and interactive workshops *Promoting a creative environment in the members club area *Manage member communications as an ambassador across Runway East locations *Actively cultivate member engagement to support both personal and professional development
Cultivate mutually-beneficial relationships with value-add sponsors *Target and develop a rapport with partners who fit Runway East’s quality and culture criteria *Develop an offering that supports Runway’s growth ambitions financially but always adhere’s to runway’s brand values of providing quality
Continuously improve our environment and offering *Develop an analytical pipeline to measure and assess the value of actions *Test and evaluate routes to market and messaging for different media *Solicit and evaluate member feedback to improve the member offering
Experience *3+ years’ experience within a digital business in a key marketing role *Demonstrated capability developing marketing strategy *Detailed hands-on execution experience
Skills *Excellent skills interpreting data and ability to develop new campaigns based on analysis *Attention to detail.
