The RWE View: Brexit raises the threat of the UK, birthplace of the Industrial Revolution, turning it’s back on the Tech Revolution.

A post-referendum British government must act quickly and decisively to ensure that the tech sector, which is creating jobs faster than any other sector in the UK, remains on track.
London is a global economic and cultural capital, with a population of professional experts and technological talent rivalled by only a handful locations around the world. To stay as Europe’s leading tech hub we must have continued access to Europe’s leading tech talent, drawing the best from the 500 million strong population of the European Union.
The government must act fast to eliminate uncertainty, or face the very real prospect of witnessing the entrepreneurs and experts driving innovation in the UK going to other countries to grow their businesses.
