Runway East Opens Doors In Brighton

Culture-led independent flexible workspace operator, Runway East, have opened their doors to their newest site in York and Elder Works, Brighton. The 30,000 sq ft site has co-working desks starting from £370 a month, private offices space for 4 starting from £1,600 per month alongside designed breakout and wellness spaces and meeting rooms. 

"Our designers have done a cracking job at making it a place that you just want to be in; we’ve got hand-painted murals, an honesty cafe and bar, speedy-wifi and a dream team on site to keep members happy. Runway East sits in the £80M York and Elder Works development designed by EPR Architects for L&G, it brings forward 209 new build-to-rent homes and  has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
