What times can I book the event space in Soho?

The event space is available to book Monday-Friday from 6pm-10pm.

How can I hire the event space in Soho?

We'd love to help you host an event. Simply drop us an email with some details of your event and what you're looking for and we'd be happy to help take some stress off your shoulders!

Can I book meeting rooms in Soho?

Unfortunately, we're not currently booking our meeting rooms in Soho. But we do have a great Podcast Studio and Event Space available.

If you're looking for a meeting room, we've got tonnes, over in our Bloomsbury location, just 15 minutes up the road!

I want to book the Podcast studio. What comes with it?

The Pitch Room is a fully functional, acoustically-treated recording space for up to 4 people {3 people on microphones and 1 on the computer}, set up and ready to use as soon as you arrive. Setup includes:

- x3 Shure SM7B Dynamic Microphones

- 3.5mm line input for recording a remote guest

- x3 Sennheiser HD 200 PRO Headphones

- Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 Audio Interface

- Apple iMac running Logic Pro X

Do you have tea and coffee facilities in Soho?

We have coffee machines available for you to use. We can also provide tea, coffee and biscuits directly to your meeting room for an additional £5pp. Order at least 72 hours in advance.

Can I bulk book meeting rooms in Soho?

We offer discounts for bulk booking multiple studio bookings in advance! Get in touch with the team for more information.

What are your opening hours to book the Podcast Studio in Soho?

For the Pitch Room, our opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Do you provide catering in Soho?

Yes, we have breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks available. Contact the team on events@runwayea.st for menus and place your order, we'll take care of the rest.

We need at least a weeks notice for all catering orders.

I've booked the Podcast Studio, will there be a technician onsite?

- As the studio is self service, we can't provide technical assistance on the day. B

- You are welcome to bring your own hard drive, or alternatively, you can use WeTransfer to send yourself the recordings. We keep the original Logic files for up to a month.

Please make sure to factor in enough time to your booking to export the file and save it yourself. There's an additional charge if we need to locate and send the files to you at a later date.

Something's come up, I need to cancel!

Oh no! No problem our cancellation policies are:

Meeting Rooms: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice.

Event Space: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than 14 days' notice.

Catering: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than 72 hours' notice.

We've hired a meeting room. What do we do on arrival?

We're so excited to see you! When you arrive just tell your name to our lovely community team along with the room you've booked and they'll show you the way. Simple as that!

To ensure a super smooth check-in please send over a guest list at least 24 hours before.

Are dogs allowed?

ABSOLUTELY. We love your furry pals and welcome pups of all shapes and sizes. Cuddles are obligatory, of course.

We've booked an event, will we have help on the day?

Absolutely! We have a team of event staff that will be with you from start to finish and ensure the event runs smoothly. This is at an additional fee, but trust us it's worth it.
