Got a trip to the seaside but need to squeeze in a meeting first?

Well, you're in luck! With 6 bookable meeting rooms, we've got space for teams of up to 18 people. All of our lovely meeting rooms come with AV, catering options and free speciality coffee. You can hire a meeting room by the hour or for a full day.

We've also got a private event space for up to 100 guests, with full AV, on-site support and catering options available.

All that, AND we're just 10 minutes from Brighton train station.

We've hired a meeting room. What do we do on arrival?

We're so excited to see you! When you arrive just tell your name to our lovely community team along with the room you've booked and they'll show you the way. Simple as that!

To ensure a super smooth check-in please send over a guest list at least 24 hours before.

Does Brighton have disabled access?

We are at street level for easy access into the building and lifts to all floors.

What times can I book the event space in Brighton?

The event space is available to book Monday-Friday from 6pm-10pm.

How can I hire the event space in Brighton?

We'd love to help you host an event. Simply drop us an email with some details of your event and what you're looking for and we'd be happy to help take some stress off your shoulders!

What size are the meeting rooms in Brighton?

We have 5 meeting rooms available to book in Brighton. With space for teams of up to 18.

Do the meeting rooms come with AV?

The meeting rooms in Brighton come with a Screen with HDMI adapters, access to super speedy wifi and whiteboards. Flipcharts are available on request.

Do you have tea and coffee facilities in Brighton?

We have coffee machines available for you to use. We can also provide tea, coffee and biscuits directly to your meeting room for an additional £5pp. Order at least 72 hours in advance.

What are your opening hours to book meeting rooms in Brighton?

For meeting rooms, our opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Do you provide catering in Brighton?

Yes, we have breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks available. Contact the team on events@runwayea.st for menus and place your order, we'll take care of the rest.

We need at least a weeks notice for all catering orders.

Oh no! No problem our cancellation policies are:

Meeting Rooms: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice.

Event Space: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than 14 days' notice.

Catering: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than 72 hours' notice.

Are dogs allowed?

ABSOLUTELY. We love your furry pals and welcome pups of all shapes and sizes. Cuddles are obligatory, of course.

We've booked an event, will we have help on the day?

Absolutely! We have a team of event staff that will be with you from start to finish and ensure the event runs smoothly. This is at an additional fee, but trust us it's worth it.
