Ethical marketing policy
We don’t just say that we’re values-driven. We care about what we do and how we do it.
Here are some general principles we follow in our marketing and promotional activity.
Why is ethical marketing important?
We genuinely believe that with our flexible workspaces we are helping businesses change for the better. And we want our marketing to do the same.
We want to provide value and build long term trust with our target audience: growing businesses and their leadership teams. We don’t want to take advantage, or put anyone under pressure, or misuse personal data in our marketing.
Ethical marketing principles
Legal compliance
We make sure that all of our marketing and sales activity complies with relevant laws and regulations. This includes (but isn't limited to) GDPR and other similar legislation. See our privacy policy for more detail.
Honesty
Our marketing communications will always be honest and truthful. We don't want to misrepresent what we do and how we can help, in any form.
Avoid impact washing
We make sure that all our ethical initiatives are based on an authentic intention to do good. We always try to be as transparent as possible in the effect of these initiatives.
Diversity
We try to make our marketing as inclusive and diverse as possible. We will never use lazy stereotypes or negative assumptions of groups and we would want to be called out if we ever did.
Ethical digital marketing tactics
As well as making sure our marketing is accurate and honest, we will also ensure that the way our marketing is delivered is ethical.
Ethical marketing responsibilities
Our senior staff will keep an eye on us Marketing folks to ensure we're complying with what we've laid out in this policy.
We will also do everything we can to make sure our partners and suppliers also comply with the principles we've outlined here.
