FAQ

What's included?

A member of staff, cleaning costs, AV equipment use, hand-held wireless Microphones (2), Wi-Fi for you and your attendees.

Do you provide catering?

Yes, we have breakfast, lunch, snack, and drink menus available here. Just place your order with our team ahead of your event and we will do the rest for you.

Do I get setup time?

Yes, hosts are allowed to enter the event space 30 minutes before the start time of the event, and are allowed 15 minutes after to clear everything. Not enough? Just let us know if you need more time.

How are guestlists managed?

You will need to provide a full guestlist 24 hours in advance for our security team.

Will I get full access to a venue?

We will provide you with access fobs that you are welcome to use throughout the day to come in and out of the building.

Do I get access to a printer?

Yes, we charge a small amount to cover our costs: just 5p a page.
