Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a tour take?
Tours typically take 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the office you're hoping to see. If you're on a tight schedule, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can I bring anyone else with me?
Bring as many people as you want - we know that your next office isn't just for you, it's for your whole team!
Can I bring my dog?
Heck yeah you can, we LOVE dogs! We just ask that they be kept on their lead.
Can I work from your space afterwards?
Sure thing - let our team know, if possible, ahead of time, and we'll book you a private room (dependant on availability).
What is included in the monthly fee?
Literally everything - rent, meeting room usage, service charge, business rates, utilities, cleaning, tea & coffee.
You'd only pay an extra fee if you wanted to make some bigger changes your office, such as installing additional tech, knocking down walls etc.
How soon can we move in?
Our offices are normallly move in ready, so you could move in within 1 working day. If you have immediate requirements, we can almost always help!
Can I customise or personalise my office space?
Heck yeah you can - we even encourage it!
We've had members install beer taps, standing desk areas, break out space, games rooms, self contained exec suites and more. If you can think of it, we can do it.
