We've hired a meeting room. What do we do on arrival?
We're so excited to see you! When you arrive just tell your name to our lovely community team along with the room you've booked and they'll show you the way. Simple as that!
To ensure a super smooth check-in please send over a guest list at least 24 hours before.
What size are the meeting rooms in Temple Meads?
We have 3 meeting rooms available to book in Temple Meads. 2 X 6 person and 1 X 8 person.
Does Temple Meads have disabled access?
We are at street level for easy access into the building and we are located on the Ground Floor.
Do the Temple Meads meeting rooms come with AV?
The meeting rooms in Temple Meads come with a Screen with HDMI adapters, access to super speedy wifi and whiteboards. Flipcharts are available on request.
Do you have tea and coffee facilities in Temple Meads?
We have coffee machines available for you to use. We can also provide tea, coffee and biscuits directly to your meeting room for an additional £5pp. Order at least 72 hours in advance.
Can I bulk book meeting rooms in Temple Meads?

What are your opening hours to book meeting rooms in Temple Meads?
For meeting rooms, our opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Do you provide catering in Temple Meads?
Yes, we have breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks available. Contact the team on events@runwayea.st for menus and place your order, we'll take care of the rest.
We need at least a weeks notice for all catering orders.
Are dogs allowed?
ABSOLUTELY. We love your furry pals and welcome pups of all shapes and sizes. Cuddles are obligatory, of course.

Meeting Rooms: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice.
Event Space: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than 14 days' notice.
Catering: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than 72 hours' notice.
