10 best office spaces to rent in Brighton
Just an hour's train journey from the hustle and bustle of London, it’s no surprise that seaside Brighton is luring businesses away from the Big Smoke. With quieter surroundings but a vibrant city culture of its own, Brighton has a lot going for it as a workplace.
If you’re on the hunt for a new office space to rent in Brighton, here are some of our top picks.
Drumroll please…
Runway East Brighton
As if we wouldn't list ourselves first... We're opening a brand new space just 5 minutes from Brighton station for teams of 1-70. We've been fighting boring offices since 2014 and we're excited to bring some team bliss to the seaside.
Runway East Brighton is in the heart of a swanky new £80M development 200 metres from Brighton station. Being a B Corp, sustainability is built into every site from day one and you can rest easy knowing we give a damn about people and planet.
Enjoy an unrivalled collection of team perks and events, all sorted by our on-site dream team. And when we say events, we don’t mean awkward networking sipping on warm drinks. We mean tense team quizzes, mouth-watering cooking demonstrations, sing-your-heart-out karaoke and so much more.
Plus, you'd get access to a world of Runway East spaces across London & Bristol, with a tonne of new locations opening up every year! Think of all the LinkedIn connections...
Regus
Regus may not exude the same trendy energy as some of our other picks (cough us cough...), but if a corporate, functional, private office space is what you need, check them out.
This is a good option for teams who want a minimal and professional-looking (but fully serviced) office space. Plus, if you want to save money by skipping the fancy stuff, Regus could also be for you.
